Use of this website signifies your agreement to the terms and conditions of use set forth below in the Agreement.

Products, Pricing, Content, and Specifications. 

All products are guaranteed to meet their minimum performance requirements as set forth by the original equipment manufacturer. When a product fails to meet these expectations or requires repair/replacement, the warranty agreement is through the manufacturer and buyer is responsible for working with their representatives for warranty fulfillment. Dreaming Industrialis not responsible for warranty repairs, replacement, or fulfillment.  All pricing is subject to change without notice.

All features, content, specifications, products and prices of products and services described or depicted on this Website are subject to change at any time without notice. Certain weights, measures and similar descriptions are approximate and are provided for convenience purposes only. We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including the applicable colors; however, the actual color you see will depend on your computer system and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colors. The inclusion of any products or services in this Website at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these products or services will be available at any time. It is your responsibility to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, federal and international laws (including minimum age requirements) in regard to the possession, use and sale of any item purchased from this Website. By placing an order, you represent that the products ordered will be used only in a lawful manner.

Shipping. 

When an order is placed, it will be shipping to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this Website. All purchases from this Website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this Website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

Order/Shipping Errors.

The accuracy of shipping details is the buyer responsibility. Additional delivery charges due to customer error (i.e. wrong address or zip code entered in the online order) or change will be billed by FedEx directly to the customer.

Return Policy.

Dreaming Industrial offers a flexible return policy to all our valued customers. For all return information and procedures, please contact your account manager. All equipment and printer sales are final.  If you purchased a product that you realize you don’t want or doesn’t meet your needs, we’re more than willing to take the product back (with limited exceptions) within 7 days of purchase. Please contact our customer service team to discuss your options:

1. Contact us to obtain a return authorization number.
2. Send the product back (preferably with insurance – you are responsible for any damage to the product that occurs during shipping).
3. Once we receive the product and inspect the condition, we will issue a credit, minus a 20% restocking fee. Credit will only be given for returns received in resalable condition (unopen and unused).
4. A re-stocking fee will be waived if the product is being exchanged.

Missing/Damaged Merchandise.

If you feel that you’ve received damaged merchandise, or are missing items in your package, please contact us as soon as possible, so we can take steps to replace or repair your product.

1. Please check your package immediately upon receipt to confirm all ordered items are included. If items are missing or damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery and we will expedite the shipment of your replacement items.
2. Beyond 3 days of delivery but up to 15 days after delivery, we will replace any missing or damaged merchandise at our expense and freight shipment, but any expedited shipping fees are at the buyer’s expense.
3. After 15 days post-delivery, Dreaming Industrial is not required to replace or credit for any damaged or missing merchandise in your shipment.
4. If items are damaged, we may need photos showing the damage to properly file a claim for credit. Please retain any damaged product until after you have received your replacement products.

Defective Merchandise.

If you feel that you have received defective merchandise, we will attempt to resolve the issue along the following guidelines:

1. If the product is equipment:

We’ll request that you speak with either our technical support department or the manufacturer to resolve the issue.

1. If it’s a matter of print settings or maintenance needed for set-up, our technical support department will be able to assist.
2. If there is a physical issue or malfunction of the equipment, the manufacturer will resolve this issue directly with the customer under the terms of the warranty agreement. Dreaming IndustrialSupplies’ techs are not able to troubleshoot, repair, or replace any parts or equipment outside of the manufacturer’s warranty redemption policy.

1. If the product is paper, ink, supplies, etc.

1. If we can determine over the phone that the product is defective, we will issue a call tag allowing you to send the product back to us at our expense and will issue a credit or replacement.
2. If we cannot determine that it is defective, we will request that you send in a sample (or send in the total product with a return authorization) for further testing.
3. Upon testing in our offices, if the product is defective, our customer service team will work with you to assist with a credit or exchange.
4. If we find that the product is NOT defective, our customer service team will work with you to determine what credit may be available. Credit will only be given for products that are in resalable condition.

Accuracy of Information. 

Dreaming Industrial attempts to ensure that information on this Website is complete, accurate and current. Despite our efforts, the information on this Website may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. We make no representation as to the completeness, accuracy or currentness of any information on this Website. For example, products included on the Website may be unavailable, may have different attributes than those listed, or may actually carry a different price than that stated on the Website. In addition, we may make changes in information about price and availability without notice. While it is our practice to confirm orders by email, the receipt of an email order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order or our confirmation of an offer to sell a product or service. We reserve the right, without prior notice, to limit the order quantity on any product or service and/or to refuse service to any customer. We also may require verification of information prior to the acceptance and/or shipment of any order.
